This page says what we do with your information. It is written for you, not for engineers.
What we collect
Your name, your phone number, your email, your address, what you tell us about the problem, and the photos you send. That is what a technician needs to come and do the work.
Who can see it
The technician on your job sees your address and how to reach you. The office sees only what it needs to run the job. We are working on hiding your real phone number and email from the office. We will say here when that is done.
We never sell your contact details
Your name, phone number and email are never given or sold to anyone. If we share numbers about our work, they are only totals. No names, numbers or addresses.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers we control, encrypted on disk and in transit. Backups are encrypted with a key only the owner holds.
Cookies
We set one cookie, when you sign in, to keep you signed in. We set no tracking cookies and show no ads.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, or to delete it, by email. We answer within 30 days.
