About AirLogic
Who we are
Heating, cooling and ventilation for Chicago homes.
- A local technician comes to your home and fixes the problem.
- We set up the visit, the price and the payment for you.
- You don't wait on an office.
Why you can trust us
Checked people. Prices first. Everything in writing.
Checked before they come
Before a technician can book a job, we check their insurance and their certifications.
The price before the work
You agree to the visit's price before anyone comes. The technician prices each repair, and you say yes to each one before it starts.
You pay at the end
You pay for the work you said yes to when the job is done, on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card number.
Your address stays private
Your house number goes only to the technician who books your visit.
Every step in writing
We email you at every step, from your request to your receipt. At the end you get a report of the work and a receipt.
A person steps in
If something looks unsafe or strange, a real person at our office steps in.
Hiring someone for home repair
What to check before you hire anyone.
- These checks work for anyone you hire to fix your home, and that includes us. Get the price and the work in writing before it starts. Don't pay the whole price up front. Be careful of anyone who pushes you to decide right away. Ask for proof of insurance. If you think a contractor cheated you, you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General. Take your time and ask your questions before you say yes.Federal Trade Commission · Illinois Attorney General
