Privacy notice

We collect what we need to arrange your visit: your name, phone, email and address, the words and photos you give about the problem, and the record of the job and its payments. We share the address and the problem with the technician who takes your job, and nothing with anyone else except the services that run the application (payments, email). We keep the address you give us when we have it, so your next request is quicker. The words you type about the problem go to an assistant as typed, with phone numbers and email addresses removed; we never send your name, phone or address from your account. Photos you add are kept with the job and shown to the technician and our office. You can ask us at us@airlogicchi.com to see or delete what we hold.
