On every job you arrive within the time the customer chose or propose another time before it passes, say who you are at the door, explain what you find in plain words, price nothing the customer did not ask about without saying so, leave the work area as you found it, and treat the customer's home and words as private. Photos you take belong to the job and are shown to the customer and the office. A customer's safety concern ends the visit. The full standards are being finalized and will replace this text.
