Safety and access
Updated October 20, 2026
By confirming a request, you authorize one visit and agree to these terms.
You agree to give the technician safe access to the equipment at the time you chose, and to tell us before the visit about anything unsafe: a smell of gas, smoke or sparks, water near electrical parts, or a carbon monoxide alarm. If any of those is present, call 911 or your utility first; we do not send a technician into a hazard. The technician may stop a visit that is unsafe and tell you why. An adult must be present or reachable during the visit. The full agreement is being finalized and will replace this text.
